The production, diffusion, logistics and match-making for the CORFO International Investors Meeting for Renewable Energies held on 5 & 6 October in the Crowne Plaza, Santiago, Chile.

P4 identified, attracted, and organized flights, transfers and hotels for 70 foreign investors - totaling 117 individuals, created their profiles, and organized a series of match-making sessions with Chilean renewable energy project developers as counterparts.

Due to the interest generated by P4, the one and half days of seminar open to the public were completely full. During the match-making sessions over 400 meetings were held.

To organize this quantity of meetings P4 employed their specialized software P4_ConnectMR, a system never before seen in Chile. P4_ConnectMR allows each participant to view their personalized agenda online and also create an overview of each business-meeting round to plan seating arrangements and translation requirements. The use of this system together with an integrated synchronized timer was a first for conferences of this type in Chile and was decisive in the success of the event and represents the capability of P4 to imagine, create and implement.

In order to benchmark the event P4 utilized its online survey system (part of P4_ConnectMR) to acquire feedback from participants in the event.

Resulting from these activities, P4 have since been contracted by CORFO for a further 6 months to prepare a diagnostic of the current situation of developments between the investors of the project developers, project preparation, and a report to identify new renewable energy technologies that present potential for introduction to the Chilean market.
