We are responsible for all pre- and post-event activities, including but not limited to publicity, distribution of information, contracting of event space, layout, interpreters and participant briefings. Afterwards we conduct an evaluation and produce a comprehensive report summarizing what was discussed or presented, as well as all approaches made.
